Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for team members.
 

Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue targets, number of calls per day, number of appointments made per week
• Ensure that all sales enquiries are handled within sales guidelines, Sop’s and enquiry handling standards
• Ensure that all telephone calls (in and out bound) are handled in a timely and professional manner
• Be proactive in the research to establish new target markets and business streams
• Conduct outbound telemarketing/cold calling as required
• Ensure clean and accurate records held
• Maintain knowledge of all current promotions and product knowledge
• Be accountable for the sales reports, activity reports on daily/weekly basis
• Coach and train new staff through induction and on boarding process
• Create and develop new initiatives that can be shared with the wider business development executive team
• Analyze sales management information in order to make informed decisions
• Responsible for administering standard and special pricing for customers
• Must be self-motivated and must demonstrate the foresight to see what needs to be done and have a strong desire to make things happen
• Must have strong analytical and systematic thinking skill
• Ability to provide accurate and timely information to team members and to seek continuous development/improvement of customer performance metrics and sales reporting

Education and Experience:
Minimum job specification requires a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent along with 4-6 years of previous
sales management and customer support experience
